Format

Teams of 6 comprising of 3 pairs will face off against another teams 3 pairs.

There are two Divisions. 18u and 14u.

Pairs 1 should be like an aau gold bracket team

                 Coaching on side switches, 1 timeout and a technical time out.

Pairs 2 Should be like a silver bracket team

                  Coaching on side switches, 1 timeout and a technical time out.

Pairs 3 like a bronze bracket team.

                  This pair is for developing. Can Coach in between wistles. 

Teams should have alternates used replace a starter that is hurt or unavailable to avoid forfeiting a match.
